Click & Collect Friday & Saturday 11am - 3pm

Pate Maison –chicken liver, butter, thyme leaves, garlic, brandy

Cucumber pickle – cucumbers, cider vinegar, sugar, salt

Baguette

 

Beef & red wine stew – beef, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, red wine, tomato puree, salt, pepper

Mashed potatoes – potatoes, milk, butter, salt, pepper

 

Apple crumble –apples, sugar, flour, butter, desiccated coconut, brown sugar

Custard – milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla

 

Method

Stew

Pour contents of stew container into a pot and heat gently till hot.

Heat mashed potato in a pot with a splash of milk till hot

Place both into a warm bowl and enjoy!

 

Crumble

Preheat oven to 180c. Place crumble on an oven tray and heat through for 15 minutes

Heat custard in a pot gently till just warm.
